Even the mail may be effected by economic nightmare the United States is facing. Postmaster General John Potter has stated there may be on day of mail delivery taken out of the week (meaning 5 days of delivery) to compensate for the lack of retirement help and the growing deficit. Prefunded retirement accounts are basically a requirement now and if Potter doesnt get assistance hes going to remove delivery on the slowest of days (typically tuesday or saturday)

i think it is entirely fair that Potter wants some more help, and if he doesnt get his help then hes not going to allow any extra favors for us. it is kind of a frustrating situation to need help with something and ask for so little and then not be able to get that help. i would understand the fact that if they cant have help then they would want to work less days a week and help themselves.
